Our in-line laser system was conceived to be seamlesly integrated into a roll to roll converting machine, It automatically detects the web movements and tracks the position and speed of the material adapting the lasering parameters automatically to the running process.
The system was designed as a highly modular setup, where configuration, form-factor and size can be adapted to the available space of your machine, while the design can be scaled to match the laser type, ablation accuracy and throughput that your application could need.

Replacing a non-face-contact turning roll in your machine with high wrapping angle with our in- line laser module is the simpliest and more economical way of integration.
If your webpath can be slightly modified, we can also install our laser system using our low-friction web sensing rolls.
if absolutely no webpath changes are allowed we can still install our in-line laser system anywhere between two rolls by adding an air roller in Omega-like configuration
